The Ride Home!!!!!

We took the train to Mesa Arizona and in the net 3 or 4 days we are going to ride our V W Trike all the way home. Where is home? Well it's all the way to mondovi Wisconsin.. I'm excited about the ride, so is David. The only concern we have since this is our first long trip is how the trike will handle the up and down roads through the mountains, and the heat. daytime temps will range from 90 to 115 degrees. Lots of water and sunscreen for us and lots of break time stops. We are open to advise or helpful hints. Keep the rubber side down and always enjoy your ride. David and Anna

Hello & :welcome: to Trike Talk. :clapping:

Congrats on the new 2 U trike and have a safe journey home.

Welcome to the forums David and Anna, please don't be a stranger when you get home. We would love to see some pics of your ride.

Sounds like an awesome adventure!!

Hint for your emergency kit ... Pack some bananas and high protein boost.

If your get caught in the middle of nowhere to eat .... it will keep you going for a pretty long time.

That is what I did when I ran my Iron Butt ( #83124 ) and it helped greatly.

Safe travels

Ric
