Well, if you don't mind, take this mind test:

Take this test mentally, don't write down your answers, and don't shout them out.

Speaking of Southern delicacies, there is nothing finer than sunbaked possum searing on 140 degree asphalt for 3 days.

One of our finest treats in great abundance all year around.

Highly recommended.

There are some that prefer armadillo, AKA Roadkill On the Half Shell. Even comes with it's own bowl.
