I just joined Trike Talk but have been in the background for a few days. Most people call me Duck, my wife and I live in Georgia. Right now I am riding a 06 Suzuki C90 but we want to move to a Trike. I have had two bad bumps over the years, one with a cage turning left and the other was with a deer. Because of those two problems, my legs won’t always work the way they should. It has come to the point where my wife doesn’t want to ride with me because she is worried that I won’t be able to hold up the bike when we come to a stop, so it’s Trike Time. I have tested and read about several types and we have decided to go with a Goldwing Trike. I like how it runs and she likes how it rides. We have even found one that may be the one for us but still looking. I will have to make some modifications to it in order to make it work for my legs and I will ask questions about that in the other area.

Right now I just want to do the intro and say this looks like a great bunch here and they seem to know what they are talking about.
Hi Duck and welcome to TrikeTalk! You've joined a great group here . Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We look forward to following along as you make this move to a trike. You'll soon be wondering why you waited so long to start triking

Welcome to the forum! Glad to have you here. We have a GW1800 with a California SideCar kit, and really, really like it. We've put a lot of miles on it since we got it last September, and have had virtually no problems. Plus, it's been comfortable for me as the passenger for every single one of the 19K miles we've ridden. Wise choice you've made!

Welcome Duck,
We are all happy you have joined us here. You will find a lot of good people and great freinds. You are also welcome to join Trike Owners International (TOI). You do not have to own a trike to join and the best part is it is totally FREE. Enjoy the Trike Talk family.
welcome aboard glad you joined us. that goldwing is a mighty fine trike.

Welcome Duck from a guy who has spent a little bit of time in the wooded area near Columbus, GA. Took OCS there and got to know the post rather well. Of course, that was in the 60's and I imagine everything has changed.

I had a C50T and loved it until at 70 MPH three days short of my 71st birthday a deer and I collided. I am now on a trike an loving it.
