Congrats, they sure have changed the way they're shipped. This is my 2010 when it came off the truck in August of 09.

Thanks guys, Appreciate your comments and the pics, all nice colours,

The frame has to go back to the USA, they're stacked two high in the container on the ship,

ELVISTO, great looking TG, hope you have a blast with your new trike.pepper

since you guys drive on the other side of the road does it cost much to have your TG steering moved to the other side??!!:D

Phone rang yesterday (friday) lunchtime, can you pick your TG up about 2-30 pm pepper

You bet I can, got there early , well you would wouldn't you ?

Looked amazing, goes like the wind, It's just the rider letting it down at the moment  but I took it easy, and remembered all the things I've read on here (thanks for the tips) and arrived home in the dark , but with a grin from ear to ear,

Forecast a bad weekend here so I may just be polishing :D

Picks to follow, I didn't take any yesterday ,

We are in second hour of snow at this time. Forecast of 3 - 6 inches more. Life is good here, could be better. Hope you are able to get out with it soon, as we know how long you have waited for it to arrive.

Yeah Dennis, I could afford a new trike if I didn't have to put all this money in mine all the time. I came real close to trading mine. But now I'm waiting to hear what it's going to cost me to fix it the right way I hope. Jim

I was thinking at one time you mentioned that the trike did not have a headlight. It was blanked out. You were checking to see what type setup you would have in UK. What did you find out??
Dennis

Hi Dennis, Well here's a picture of the front, No centre headlight, but the two spot/fog lights are actually the main and dipped beams, on all the time,And are very good lights, set a little low at the moment,

Note they are a lot higher than, the centre of the faring, The two lights below, are the indicator led lights surrounded by white led lights, they look stunning, on all the time when riding,

I did hear that a customer has bought a centre head light to fit himself, as the dealer would not fit it because it didn't conform to legislation in Europe,
I bet with the centre light fitted, it would be amazing,

I don't have running lights in the top box, just brake lights, i'm very impressed with the lighting set up,

I've ordered two white reflectors for the fronts of the rear mudguards(fenders lol) they stick out quite a bit, and on coming traffic in the dark may think its just a two wheel motorcycle, so better safe than sorry,

Cheers, Graham

Interesting. Different laws for different areas of the world. Are the two wheeled Ultras setup like the trike?
Hope you have had some good weather to take it out for some road time.

Managed to get out yesterday for a few hours, after the mist/fog cleared, A cold sunny day, pity the farmers have managed to make a mess on the roads going from field to field ;)

Arrived back just before the sleet started (well it is winter) The TG was just great, i'm very pleased with it, I need more practice :D but showing a big improvement mile after mile,

Thought i'd better post a picture, of, before it get too dirty,

Could you post a closer picture of front light system? Interested in what they have on it.

Looking good!ThumbUp

I'll do a close up of the lights when I get chance Dennis !

I decided to give the TG a wash at the weekend, not soon enough I'm afraid, the wheels are a mess already, I started to clean them with steel wool, to no avail, needs a rougher grade, :AGGHH:, I gave up, I'm going to get them painted silver, (and no it's not been out in salty conditions) in the next month or so, Wouldn't you think they would clear coat the b$£$dy things, i'm very disappointed ,

Also the left hand switch is faulty, Volume control on max, dealers ordered a new switch,

Other than the wheels, I'm very pleased with the bike, getting used to it now,

Cheers ,Graham

Now thats a shame putting abrasive to a new wheel , but don't think for a minute that that's a HD thing :gah:, my 2010 wing did the same thing in the front but the Champion wheels seem to be holding up.

Graham, You can get the chrome wheels from Harley that are the same wheels just chromed. If you are going ahead with paint, there is a chrome paint that looks just like chrome, but requires the same care as painted surfaces. I wouldn't go any rougher than #0000 steel wool. Then look out for rust to appear on the aluminum......

Talk to chrome places in the UK & chrome painters also.
I see the UK is about to get a bit more rain & freezing temps shortly!
Just a thought.
