The B.E.A.R.D. Room

Here is a pic of the South Florida short beard look I discussed in post #8. The Florida heat and humidity did not work out well for my longer beard lengths.

I can trim this sucker with electric clippers and a "blending" attachment in 15 seconds every 4 or 5 days. Then it's done.

Still tickles bellies though.:victory:

One of my personal heroes, James Clerk Maxwell, the physicist who unified electricity and magnetism:

I have a grey fu man chu but the Redhead {Denise} my wife hates it says I look old LOL I am

Everyone tells me the same thing, that it makes me look older than I am. I tell them that I'll always be as old as I am and looks has squat to do with it! The idea of looking older than you actually are has its pros concealed. I've always removed the e in ego and the w in want and cherished the h in happiness. It is an unexpected advantage in particular situations. If the wife objects I blame her ego and want providing the unexpected. :duel:,which destroys the h in happiness. I'd end up shaving.

When you click on reply to post look at the 3 rows of images. In the middle row you will find one that is square. Click on it and follow request from computer or URL, depending on which one you are inserting image from click on it and if from a URL copy the location into the box provided, if from your computer click on it and browse your pictures, click on the correct one you want to post then click on upload. Hope that helps.

Have had the beard since I retire from the Army in 95. It's gone through various iterations. Gotee, Fu Manchu, neatly trimmed and now just growing. If not for all this, mit would probably be about Billy Gibbons length by now. Of course, it's mainly white as is the hair. Now if I could just make the picture smaller.

One more of me (actually my profile pic too). It was taken when I was in a friend of mine's wedding from Dallas, TX. The hat is from my Cowboy Action Shooting and horse riding days. I still wear my beaver fur felt western hats when the weather turns colder through the fall and winter.
