testical festival

....hard to believe "turkey (...and other)testicals" have gotten this much interest.....:xzqxz:

...goes to prove, the TRIKE TALK.com Members really are a diverse Group of Folks.....

So what do they taste like seriously. I eat raw oysters and fried clams. I also eat surfeit, so I have the stomach for funny food.

When my kids were younger we always had a "fry" meal in the summer. We've had beef, pork, lamb, all good but our all time favorite was the turkey fries. It was always a challenge to keep some cooked ahead, as my kids grabbed them up as soon as they came out of the fryer. It's been a long time since I've had a good meal of mountain oysters so I may put this event on my "to do" list this summer.

Tastes like chicken.....

..........:laugh::laugh:.......and yet, still "MORE TESTICALS" Today.....guess Someone may have to cook some at one of the TRIKE TALK.com EVENTS ....please post which one so some of us can......uh.....attend...yeah that's it, "attend"........

:D,,,There's a place north of town named the NUT HUT and I always assumed they sold peanuts now I don't know :Shrug:

Just like an egg, wonder who was the first person to see an egg come out of a chicken's rear end and think "I wonder what that tastes like?", I also wonder who looked at an animals nuts and decided they might be tasty? Just doesn't seem right to me :)...

Dont know and probably never will...

Lived about 20 miles or so from there. Went one time and swore never to return. We got there early and left before they had the roads blocked so they could charge just to attend. The town is nothing more than a couple of streets with vendors sit up to sell usual junk and over priced food. The turkey nuts are fried and sold until they run out. Music is provided by various bands and it's mostly just a reason to get drunk and be rowdy. There has been problems in the past with bikers vs rednecks vs tourists, etc. Was not impressed with the festival. Would not go again.

saw no problems ,had a great pork steak , beer was cold , music was good from time to time, it was a little drunk out there (or wait that might have been me!)
not a great rally but a good time was had by our crew.
