Rode twice across thus USA ( northern routes not 66). Canada. Ice field Parkway. and Alaska so we love the USA as well.

Not only is the riding fantastic, the lack of any traffic make this area a bikers paradise!.

Most of the time you ride on empty roads with awesome surfaces, except for the occasional unclassified road, which are called Cami. These can be a bit of a challenge to solo bikes but trikes come into their own. We also ride all year summer or winter. If we feel the rush to tackle larger mountains we go south 420km (4.5hrs) to the Sierra Nevada (11,135 ft). Again with great riding but snow in the winter high up but clear around 6000ft. Making great riding with snow covered mountains.
