moved the trike out of the garage to clean just a wipe down ,and now it's the stuck in park can start it ok but no movement to drive or rev. . I was able after a couple of hours looking found a small pull pin under the trans arm I taped it in for a fast fix but need to fix it right...

If the gear shift is stuck in park you can open the hood and looking down at the shifter cable you should be able to see a button on the right side of the shifter. Push the button to the left and it should be able to move the trike.

On the front of the Shifter panel there is also a place that you can but something that fits and push in. It will also release the lock. Like all ready stated the brake light circuit controlls the solenoid. If you have brake lights then the solenoid or the feed to it are out. If that is the case then I would just find a way to remove the solenoid. Good luck

thanks for the help and input guys , I was able to make the special Dec 7 th event on sunday which I had been called and asked to do at the local Veterans park. The trike draws a lot of crowds when it on display with 11 full size flags 16 in all . I called Stallion first thing Monday morning ,their closed for inventory this week. but Rich check stock for the switch for me and said they were out of stock, and would put an order in for me . I also found out their on the third Gen. of the switch now do to the first ones were right from ford and they mount under the dash ( inside the car/truck ) not made for the outside in the open air and weather/rain not water proof . the second Gen was custom made for Stallion but the contact points were week and they replaced a lot of them under warrenty , the newest ones per Rich seem to be holding up with no problems , but I still went ahead and ordered two one to use and the other for a spare. for myself or someone else at just under $40 each plus shipping I'm not going to take a chance with it...... But for now the duck tape is working and I still have brake lights so I can use it . I was to due to parades this weekend but the weather may be keeping in at 40 degrees just a little to nippy for me to be out in uniform and no coat for the parade..... thanks again and Merry Xmas to all

Thats what the heater is for.

Hey Doc, Is that the brake light switch on the bottom left side of the trike? Mine is an 08 with a blue switch, which is probably the original. If that's it, I should probably get the newer version. Let me know how it works out for you. Thx Rick

Yes it is on the left side, No it is not blue !! It is the black one attached to the brake linkage with the wires coming out of the top. Unplug, remove the cotter pin and slide it off the linkage. This switch works the cruise control., brake lights, park release.
