Storms in SW MO

Devastating storms down here in SW MO. Joplin got hit hard, at least 2 dozen dead and a big swath of the city destroyed. That is 30 miles north of us. About 10 or 15 miles south we had a few tornadoes or rotations go through.
All OK in Anderson, but the folks in Joplin could use your thoughts and prayers.

Thanks for the update as we are leaving for Texas at dawn tomorrow. The joplin people will be in our prayers Hope the I44 is ok as you can't go down to Memphis & west into Ark because of the flooding.ray:

No power in Joplin : Staying in Springfield Mo tonite, Town is full of rescue workers going to Joplin.. Was told to watch for very severe weather tomorrow in Oklahoma.. tornadoes..hail..flooding prayers for the people of Joplin Mo.ray:
