I have been using the WalMart one for years. I have 2 gel inserts in one cushion. They last about a year. They are located in the automotive section of most WalMarts. They run in the neighborhood of $20.

I have a sheep skin cover that the person I purchased the trike from had made. It makes the seat a lot better because without it, it's like sitting on a board. Rick

I have an Airhawk Cruiser R large. Air adjustable, I use just a small amount of air (less is better in it seems to me). Somewhat pricey (about $145), but it works for me.
