anyone have the parts number for the cooling fan for a 2009 stallion

May be available elsewhere, but the fan & shroud was made by Vintage Air. P/N for the fan itself is 32161-SHF.

I can also tell you they no longer produce the fan shroud itself & won't make anymore (not even for Motor Trike). So, if you run into a fan shroud issue, your best bet is repairing yours or finding a close match that can be modified (sucks, I know).
