Speedo off

Just picked up my first trike. It's a 2012 HD Tri Glide. Riding it home I found the speedometer is off at 75 mph by about 10 miles and hour. Also the tach reads higher than my 2012 Ultra Limited. Talked to Harley and they said there is no speedometer adjustment and someone must have changed a pulley. Does anyone know what the rear drive pulley or the transmission pulley diameter or tooth count should be?

The early trikes ran a 32 tooth front sprocket,not sure what year Harley dropped the gear ratio,my buddy just had a 30 tooth put on his 09 tri,and he loves it.He has a power vision tune on his and you can re-calibrate the speedo with the tuner.

Okay you do not say which way its off. At 75 what is the real speed? GPS reading? And at what RPM? The tach will not read the same as your 2 wheeler do to different ratios.

The 09's and 10's were 32 tooth sprockets. 11 and up are 30 tooth.
