An elderly lady phoned her telephone company to complain that her phone failed to ring when someone would call her, And a few times when it did ring, Her dog would moan and then the phone would ring.. A repair man was sent to see if the dog was psychic or the lady was senile.. So he hooked up his test set to check it out by dialing her phone number' Sure enough her phone didn't ring right away but then the dog let out a loud moan, and then the phone started to ring. going over the system the repairman found''

1] The dog was tied to the phone systems ground wire with a steel chain and collar.
2] The wire to the ground wire rod was lose and the dog was getting 90 volts of signaling current.
3] After a few jolts, The dog would start moaning and then urinate on the ground, So the wet ground would complete the circuit and the phone would ring...

Which Demonstrates that some problem's , ''Can'' be fixed by
Pissing and Moaning...

I spent some time on a farm when I was young and once saw a dog hike his leg to pee on an electric fence.

He did a lot more than moan, I'll tell you. :laugh::laugh::laugh:

that reminds me of when I was a lineman for the railroad .they used dc volts for their telephone wires and one day I was standing on a cross arm wiring some wires to an insulator well just happened to be straddling another wire between my legs when someone rang the phone at one of the stations just about the time I grabbed a wire to put on the insulator some how I must have gotten grounded and all I could do was holler and jump up and down. All the grunts on the ground just laughed and rolled on the ground I didn't think it was funny then but I still laugh now when I think of it.:laugh::clapping:
