Soft luggage for the trunk / tourpak?

Do you folks have any recommendations for soft luggage that maximize the space of the trunk and tourpak? I know the MoCo makes soft bags to specifically fit these areas but I am not a slave to the brand name and would be just as happy with something else.

I'm kinda looking for a brand name and / or model number so I can get something specific.

Thanks all.

I use the Harley Tourpak bag in my tourpak and like it. I've made three cross-country roundtrips and several shorter but long rides with it and it works well for me.

I have the trunk bags and the tourpak bag and really like them. The trunk bags are of course sized to fit the trunk and still have room above them so we put the tourpak bag above the trunk bags. My wife uses one of the trunk bags and I use the other and then the tourpak bag gets a little of whatever in it. We can still put our rain suits in the trunk as well.

This way the tourpak itself has room for a small bag and odds and ends. We have also have a rack bag to use for other items like the camera, sunscreen, maps and those things you want to have handy. I did look around a bit for small softsided bags to put in the trunk but really didn't come across any and so that is why I went with the HD trunk bags. We've made a 3000 mile trip that way plus several 500 to 1000 miles three day trips and it's worked great.

2011 Merlot and Black TG, lift kit, deflectors, cat has been removed using the SE header pipes and of course some bling.

I have a set of Harley bags for the saddle bags and the tour pack (upper trunk) I don't use I will let go cheap if interested send me a private message. They are in new comdition. George

I also have 3 sets of saddlebags and tourpak bags that I've never used. I would sell them to you also, but you don't have saddlebags. :D

If you travel solo, what I would recommend is the Saddleman "Dresser" bag that sits on the passenger seat. It'll hold 2 weeks worth of clothes easily. It has insulated pockets on each side, rounded back so it fits perfectly between the speakers without scratching them like a square bag would and it makes a great backrest. The only things I have in the trunk is my rain suit and tools. There's no way I can bend down to get stuff in or out of it(I really miss my saddlebags)because of my advanced age. :D

The trunk is no where near being as handy as saddlebags. I also have the add on bags that attach to the front sides of the trunk. They are not very big, but hold small items like sunscreen, water, windshield cleaner/cloth.

T-Bags offers a 'Dekker Bag' that is an excellent bag for this. I believe Nelson Riggs offers the same type bag.

One thing to remember about the trunk. The interior is a lot bigger than the opening. The two piece bags can be put in one at a time and shoved to the sides. One big bag loaded with junk would be hard to push into the trunk. The tour pack is different. When the lid is open the entire interior is exposed.
