Actually I have been considering buying
a couple of acres up that way.
Be a heck of a place to spend the summer
when one retires.
(of course, the Yellowstone area would also work LOL)

I know one thing when I retire.
I will NOT be in Kansas when it is over 100 degees in the summer
and I dont plan on being here in the winter when it is below 30
IF I CAN HELP IT

Dad is a winter Texan and I love to hear him complain when it gets down to 40 degrees.
