Skid plate

See ya at B2's Larry!!

That is very generous of you to add part of the sale to St Judes!!!!!
What Bob is referring to is the B2Dad & Mom's M&E they are sponsoring for St Jude's.
On sales during that weekend I'll be donating 25% of the sales to the St Jude can or whatever Don & Patti are using.
For those interested in a great, and I mean GREAT weekend, check it out at this link.

Received my skid plate yesterday and installed today which was a snap I might add. Two bolts and a nut 15 minutes tops.........Done. The worst part is getting down on the ground to do the job (smile). Now I hope its never needed, but if I do its there..
Due to the low ground clearance of the tike, today I built a skid plate for better protection of the oil pan. I managed to rip out the oil pan plug last summer so today decided it was time to do a preventive mod. With the design I came up with I can still access the oil filter and change oil without taking the skid plate off. Attached are a couple pics of the damaged pan and the new skid plate mounted.

No waiting list now. They're in stock. Did you order already? If not do so and you'll have one in hand soon enough. Use lskeels@wowway.com at PayPal to order.

Sent you a PM
Larry-

I found the problem. I did Paypal you on 5/15 for $55.00.
Apparently when I hit the 'send money' button, the paypal address was changed.
It has been sitting, unclaimed, in the Paypal account since then.
Can't get it to send to the correct addy, either.
Is there another way we can take care of this?

This should get that transaction cancelled. Had to use it myself as I had a typo and the receiver couldn't claim my funds I sent him.

Last weekend I found out just how good it was to have a skid plate on my bike. Going thru a mobile home park there was one rather high speed bump that
I went over faster than I should have, resulting in the bike bottoming out on the skid plate. What happened was the suspension compressed just enough to hit the plate going over the speed bump. Going back out I went slower (crawled)over it with no problems.
Glad to have had that skid plate on the bike for sure.
