Shift Linkage

I have a 2023 Tri Glide. I have read that the shift linkage is a weak point that should be addressed before the linkage fails. Any suggestions on a good upgraded shift linkage will be very much appreciated.

I chose to go with a custom linkage only because I will never see another one. I had this one machined and chromed.

I have seen other custom shift linkage for $150 to $175. This cost me about $200 but I felt it was worth the extra money to have it made specifically for me exactly what I wanted. It's not for everybody but I like to put unique items on the bike.

Is that the factory end on there? If so that is all so very weak.

I found a powder coat that perfectly matches the twisted cherry color. I thought I could find one close but this was a perfect match. I found a powder coat that perfectly matches the twisted cherry color. I thought I could find one close but this was a perfect match. One bit of advice. When you pull up to a stop, don't be multi-pounding your foot on the linkage going into 1st. I see this so often.

I've put many miles on my Harleys and never had trouble with the linkage.
