Scrubbing noise on turns

We have noticed a scrubbing noise in the rear end when in turns. It's more prominent when two people are riding. The trike is a '99 road king with a 2011 Motortrike conversion kit with about 20000 miles on it. Anyone have an idea what it might be?

Check to see if the tires are rubbing on the fenders .Ie; shock absorbers worn or set too soft..?
