Sad day for me

Finally said goodbye to my trusty steed, a 2000 Blue/Silver Valkyrie Interstate, "Blue Babe". I sold it to someone I knew in the VRCC that wanted another Valk after selling his a couple of years back. 51K miles on it, lots of great memories and good times, as well as meeting some great friends! Lots of long hours wrenching on her, tinkering, tweaking, adding accessories, etc. Time to move on.

It was hard to see him ride away on it, knowing she was gone.

BUT, now the search will be on for a GW trike! :pepper:

Please excuse me if I ask a lot of dumb questions that have been covered on the forum before, but I am a real newbie to trikes as well as GW. I'm here to learn from you guys, thanks in advance!

I know the feeling, when I sold my Wing trike I was not very happy. But one day I'll build a replacement trike. Feel free to ask questions.

Welcome aboard.

I can kind of relate to you letting your ride go.

Back in '96 I sold my '86 CJ7 Laredo Jeep. Eighty six was the last year AMC made the Jeep. I had a special order Jeep and it was number 163 off the line for that year. Love that thing....when the guy drove away, my wife looked over at me and asked "are you crying"? With a broken voice (and a tear in my eye) I said...."NO"....... A very sad day indeed.

Haha .... LOL ...... sound like that girl on the car insurance commercial that loved her old car, even named it "Brad" .... then one day she totaled "Brad" and she was so "sad". Then she saw her check from the insurance company .....
..... and she fell into her :pepper:"Happy Dance":pepper:!

I seen your other post .....
..... you already doing your :pepper:"Happy Dance":pepper: with that Trike!

Yeah, guilty as charged! :D

Kinda like the guy that breaks up with the old girlfriend and mopes around until the new 20 yr. old cutie walks in the room! :p

I'm still gonna do the Happy Dance though over the new trike! :pepper: HAHA

PS: I hate those commercials, made for millenial morons!
