WOW! At 1st I thought you dropped your bike. Better dropped off to trike it. Good luck with the project.orag:
Thanks for the reply. Wondered why they would have it that long! They have 4 trikes being built right now, they just offer to store your bike while waiting for yours to be built. They order the kit from Roadsmith which takes time as they paint it and all. Ace is not a fly by night outfit. Its winter here in New Jersey whats the rush?
After pulling the trigger on my Roadsmith last fall for conversion this spring during their November sale, I tossed around many times last fall of dropping it off at the installer for the winter months and pick it up in spring.
I decided against it even after my installer was nice enough for the offer.
Just can't see it sitting there collecting dust probably with the battery in it.
My installer has my unit from Roadsmith stored away since December in his shop.
He saves his customers money by driving to White Bear Lake MN. himself, then brings back a couple at a time.
He claims he saves 1/2 of the shipping.
Oh man, will spring ever get here?
It's like when I was a kid and my birthday is on March 22nd. I thought those were long winters, but nothing like this one...........:cxtv:
BTW........My installer said the installation should take a week to complete.
MGW Trike. You mention Cowtown, Wi.
I'm from New Holstein, Wi which is called Cowtown.
Are you from around here ??
Mine is at Ace as we Speak 2014 Harley FLHXS , should be done in a couple of weeks. Had to wait for the Factory to paint the backend and pin strip. I figure it will be done as soon as we get a big Snow Storm..Dropped of my bike yesterday to ACE, 8 weeks away for my new ride. WOO HOO

Wahoo !! They delivered it today my new 2014 Harley FLHXS Roadsmith, Now I need to see the snow go away and all the salt from the road.. Can't wait.Ace built my Roadsmith kit in 2010 it now has 65000 plus with no problems. I opted for the spare fuel tank and easy steer. I'm sure you will enjoy the ride I did.

Yeah, 10-4 on the salt not being good. I'm hoping for a couple days of heavy rain to wash it away. There's a story my converter of my Roadsmith told me.
He had a client late last fall that took delivery of his trike, and tried it out on salty roads before loading it up and heading to his winter home in Florida.
When he returned in spring, he needed something added to his bike, and the wrench notice his complete undercarriage on his Roadsmith was covered with rust.
The owner thought is was from Florida, but then remembered he rode it in the salty roads before he left.......:AGGHH:
