I would be interested in hearing any comments anyone has regarding the Road Zeppelin seat on a 2014 Triglide. It appears the seat may have been redesigned for 2014. Looking for pro and con comments based on your riding experiences with this seat on this bike.

Thanks

Alan, sound like you and I have pretty much the same tastes.

I have the Road Zepplin seat from my 2010 Limited that i used on my 2012 TriGlide and now on my 2014 Triglide. It fit perfectly on all of them.
There was an earlier model that I had on my 2003 Ultra. I liked it the best because it had 3 air bladders instead of the 2 it has now. That one will not fit on newer Harleys.

I will never have a Harley without the air seat. Well worth the extra $$$$$ especially if you do a lot of long distance riding. ThumbUp

I have a Zeppelin seat on my '12 TriGlide also. Love it ! Some here use a air pad on top of the Zeppelin for that loss of the stiff cover feel. I sometimes use a sheepskin with mine if the weather is either real hot, or cold for some insulation to keep away from sweating. Also sometimes just for a different feel.

Everyone's rear end is different ! What YOU like or feel right with is completely different from most others. With the air seat you can adjust for different days & rides. Nothing else gives you that option.

Expensive ??? Yes , but what isn't on these machines! This one is for your comfort along with the Boss on the back !

I also have an adjustable backrest which helps out a lot also. You can adjust the angle on the move.... Handy !:Trike1:

I also have a Road Zeppelin on my 2011 with the adjustable back rest. It is great.I did hear the older Zeppelins will Not fit the 2014 Touring bikes, however did hear the older ones will fit the trike. Don't know how the electrical for the compressor is done on the 2014 however.

Only had the older style. Very comfortable, for me. The wife, short as she is found the passenger seat too wide.
If the boss ain't happy, the ride ain't happy.

The 14 requires an extension harness PN 69200722, the only Zep they say will fit the 2014 Triglide is PN 51072-09.
