I just got my first copy of Road Runner and am impressed. Nice magazine with interesting format and articles. I know most of you probably subscribe, but I wanted to throw my 2 cents in too. It is for the mature touring rider.

One year $24.95, two years $39.00, and three years $49.00.

Cheers.

What does it cover....and I'm almost afraid what is meant by the "mature" touring rider...any clues.

Don't know about you, Dennis, but I've got a LONG way to go before I reach that 100 year point of maturity, and I am constantly fighting against my "maximum development of form"..... it keeps trying to creep in :). Guess I'm not eligible for that magazine yet.
:yay:

LOL! Just havin' fun :)

Road Runner is a Great Magazine. I've been a subscriber for years. They do Tours on Trikes and Scooters in some issues also, and evaluate what They are riding on the Tours. Most Tours even have included maps at the back. Very informative, straight forward magazine, and "YES", a lot more "MATURE" than most in Their targeted Audience.....:wtg:

Always somebody gotta complain guess it is my turn.I wish they would stay on paved roads and do more trike stuff.I have been a subscriber for years.Thought they mite attend the rally but guess it did not work out.

Here is what is in the October 2010 issue touring wise, plus a lot of other stuff:

**** Shamrock Tour, Greenwood SC

**** Int'l Sekjirt Loop

**** Colorado Plateau

**** East Texas

**** Oregon

**** Southeast Asia

I really like it.

Great mag. They have a great web site also. You can download the GPS for some of the rides. I've riden several of their suggested rides.

May not get all this spelling rite. We took one of their Shammrock tours. It is in Burkes Mountain,VA. it is a beautiful ride, however if you ride across the mountian(which I recommend) be careful it gives a whole new meaning to switch back. These rides are on their web site.RIDE SAFE
