In another thread Big Juice mentioned that he uses Ride On and I wondered how many others might be using it? I had been planning to use Dyna Beads, but I like the idea of a tire sealant & balance product in one.
Do you use Ride On, for how long and does it work well for balancing?

Well I am using both. I use Ride On in the back 2 tires, but dyna beads in the front.

I use dynabeads in the front because of the TPMS that is in the front tire and I know from a friend that Ride On will screw up the TPMS

I use Rideon in all three tires, have used it in three different bikes with great results. Because of the way it works, just distributed in the very center of the tire, I don't count on it for flat prevention. Seems all my nails/screws find the far side of the tread.

It's been in the Valk trike for three years now, love it.

Their website does caution about using it in the 09-12 Wings because the TPMS in those are not sealed.

Thanks for the replies & info.
I was also concerned about the somewhat narrow coverage for flats, especially for the outside parts of the rear tire treads.

Maybe a better question would be how may trikes have flats while on trips.

Using Ride On in all three wheels, front is a BT45 (rear), I've done several thousand miles, works good for me. No cupping, I like the 'no worry' feel while on the the road, that means a lot especially when two up, in the high country, or out back where road service is difficult. It's pricey, but I would certainly recommend it for peace of mind. It's not real simple to get it into the tire, you'll make the job easier with a large clamp using a piece of word, or something flat along the length of the tube to force the material out and into the tire. One word of caution, be careful where you cut the Ride On stem, if it's too large it won't go into the tire stem, and you'll be screwed. Be sure and keep that cut small enough to run inside that tire stem, they don't mention that in the instructions...
