As a few here know I swear by Ride-On. Its saved my bacon on several occasions over the years.
A while back I sent CS an email. Finally got my answer.
My basic question was time over mileage. What to do. Im darn close to the 6 for my bike.
4 years for the trike.
Here is the reply for you all to see.
Please guys don't treat this as an add for them. Some of you too may be in my current shoes.

Dear Jay,The maximum use life of our product in your tires is 5 years. After 5 years in the tire, you will have depleted the corrosion inhibitors in the sealant and you run the risk of corrosion on your wheels.
You have 2 remedies for this:
1. Clean out your tires and start fresh (best recommendation)
2. Add 30%-40% of the original dosage to the tires to give it a boost for another couple of years. This being said, we do not recommend going past 6 years under option 2.

Thanks for the info.......ThumbUp

Interesting post Jay.
Guess the tire "beads" might be better, as they don't have a shelf life once installed inside the tire.
On the other hand, most active riders change out their tires more frequently than 5~6 years.

Thing that bothers me is the rim corrosion. I know I don't want to replace or refinish my show quality rims due to a chemical reaction that may or may not harm the wheels after 5 years...:AGGHH:

Well my initial concern was is the stuff still active and working as time marches on.
I don't ride much distance but do use my bikes and trike as commuters daily. So for me its time vs mileage. Most do replace tires say every 2-3 years. I don't. The corrosion part does indeed bother me.
