Reverse problems 2022 Indian Road Master Arrow kit.

I am now having the reverse module replaced on my new 2024 Arrow kit for the 4th time in 3 months. Kit is on 2022 Indian Road Master. Anyone else having this problem or have heard of this problem? Am getting real tired of taking trike back to dealer

Tom, please describe what exactly is happening when you use the reverse. Is the blue reverse light button coming on and staying on when it is pressed or does it take pressing it several times before it will stay on? Have the replacement modules initially fixed the problem and for how long?

The blue light does not come on when it is not working, instead the horn honks. It has been the same from the very first. When it works, I press the reverse button and the blue light inside the button comes on and it does reverse. When its not working, I press the reverse button and the blue light inside the button does not come on and it does not reverse. I have been told this is a problem that is happening to other Indians and Harley's. Thought I would see if anyone else has an answer. So far, CSC does not.

On my Indian Arrow mine works great use it all the time 24,000 miles .

The reverse worked for about 1 to 2 days the first time, which would have been in May. The kit was ordered in Feb. of this year. The second one only lasted a few days and it failed. The 3rd reverse worked for several weeks, about 1200 miles, and then it too failed. Always the same problem, no blue light, horn honks, no reverse. Dealer has done a good job going over the wires and reverse button and can't find any issues. I am waiting for the 4th replacement now, and I don't think the factory people have the problem figured out.

I would be interested in what you think the problem is.

Tom, Will at CSC is your go to guy and is as sharp as they come, he's very helpful and very responsive. I'm sure that he and your dealer, Al at A&L Trikes will get it straightened out. I've had similar module issues from time to time, but CSC has always gotten it resolved.

I've had mine installed since April 2022 - always use it. Never any problems.

One thing I learned very quickly, the reverse will not work if the turn signals, flashers or things like that are on.

Bike is parked in my garage. I start the bike, kick it in neutral, press the reverse (it lights) and then press the horn.
