Reverse Motor Cost

Harley had an upgrade on that reverse motor that moved the vent to the bottom so the water would drain from the brushes & not cause corrosion. This was in late '12 or early '13.
They were replacing the motors at the time under warranty with the newer style.

I know my has tripped once...but if it does ever go I will add the Champion one for sure...but will look at the others first at the time I need a new one...

My motor has a vent/drain hole, And its an 11, Water go's in Water go's out.. But while it's going though it's damaging the carbon brushes, Don't forget the motor is at the bottom of the trike. Kind of like if water gets into your shoe, and you have a hole in the bottom, The water will drain out eventually.. , But :gah:
Now maybe if you don't a lot a lot in the winter??
