Reverse Alarm Adjustment 2007 Ultra Classic Roadsmith.

I am a current new user and new Roadsmith owner here; having horn/reverse issues. Excuse me while I return to my garage to continue bashing my head and questioning my purchase. If anyone can provide any aftermarket resources for tech support my wife and I would be forever in your debt. Our Roadsmith is a 2007 HD Ultra Classic. The reverse horn alarm is sounding at the wrong times and I am trying to find the sweet spot in it's adjustment, but after resetting it twice, it works right for a while and then starts blowing again. I will also need a way to find parts if possible. I would like to try replacing this switch. We also have emailed and phoned the Roadsmith website several times and received no replies.
