Rechromed rear wheels

Anyone have any experience with rechromed rims that are available on sites such as Ebay. Looking to maybe swap out my original ones from my 2010 that are starting to look a little rough. Any other ideas out there. Thanks for you thoughts in advance.

With my 11Triglide I painted them black with my 17 I clearcoated them Now with my 19 i coated them with McKees 37....too early to tell now I’ll know better after I ride though the winter snow and slush ...
