Rear wheels

Mine are somewhat like that. It is a two piece cap. The center piece prys out and there should be a small slot for screw driver. Once you pop that out the larger silver ring around it will come out exposing the lug nuts.

Be careful because some of these lug nuts require a slim socket to reach them without scarring up the aluminum.
 
Looks exactly like the wheels on my Lehman conversion, although yours is newer as it has disc brakes. Look carefully to see if there is a small notch somewhere on the outer circumference of the cap. (I didn't see it in your picture, but it should be there) You should be able to use a small screwdriver to pop it loose. Hope this helps.
