Rear Pulley rubber compensator ????

The rear pulley rubber compensator on my wife's 2010 Tri Glide seems to have a lot of play and probably needs replacing. The trike has 30,000 miles. I just replaced the primary comp with the upgraded one. How much of a project is it to replace the rear one ?
