Rear bumper for CSC Any Idea's?

I have a 2012 Goldwing 1800, CSC trike. I'm never planning on towing with our trike so I removed the trailer hitch. The trailer hitch is about shin level and will get your attention in a hurry, please don't ask how I know. By removing the trailer hitch the rear of the trike has no protection when backing up or parking. I discussed rear bumpers with CSC and they have no intention of making a rear bumper for our trikes. I'm thinking there has to be a way to have a bumper which looks to be part of the trike and not a home brewed 2 by 4. The steel stock the same size of the trailer hitch tongue is ready available. This means finding some type of bumper to weld onto the trailer hitch stock having it either chromed or powder coated. I'm just staring to look at what might be available and thought perhaps others might have idea's or already have built a bumper. I'm just looking for ideas and comments.

I added a bumper when I ordered my Road Smith trike. Maybe you could get it to work?? Bolts to the frame

Have one made , using the trailer receiver as the mount . Weather Tec has one for cars , but it’s not very wide. That’s my thought for what it’s worth :Shrug:
