New sprocket, chain and Screamin Eagle clutch spring:D

I can't believe the response now. Not faster but more responsive. The cruise still works:D

At 65mph, I am at 2800rpm. 75mph is 3100rpm. Much more get up and go.
I don't have to do any downshifting even in 6th gear. Set the cruise and go:D

Reksul thought I would need a heavy duty clutch spring so I had that installed also. Thanks for that tip. Works great.

I still have that annoying vibration. I am thinking the new motor mount will fix it?

Thank you Dwight, Ultraboy and Reksul for helping me decide on this improvement.

What kind of front vibration do you have, my 08 vibrates in the front which makes the lower pod vibrate excessively on the right side. Also the first roll bar broke and was replaced. Just curious if we have the same problem.

Thanks

Mine starts out in the foot boards and depending on RPM moves to the handlebars.

With the new gearing change, my cruising rpm is now out of the vibration zone. I think I will live now.

Hey, cool BDN56!
Isn't it great that sometimes unintended consequences make things better.:D

Do they make different gears like a 31 tooth, 32 tooth, 33 tooth that a person could get. I was thinking that maybe a 32 tooth would still give a good power range and a higher speed (lower rpm) for the freeway (75 mph) speeds. I could be all wet. My trike is doing 70 mph in 5th gear at 3000 rpm. If I keep my rpm's below 3000 I get in 40's mpg and above it goes way down. 6th gear at 75 mph turns about 3000 which is two low to have the power to pull it unless extremely flat or a big tailwind. I am just curious and maybe the 30 tooth is the answer I have been looking for. I know it would certainly help when I pull my trailer and wheelchair.
