Radio Issues

I ride a 2011 TG and the FM & AM pretty much stopped working. It is like the antenna is not
hooked up. I checked both ends all good. The CD player and Aux work just fine, any ideas?

Hopefully you have extended warranty. My '10 radio was replaced once and repaired once. One idea to check. Do you have power cord plugged in to either maybe GPS or charge for cell phone? I have found that that sometimes causes radio noise. Literally plugging in/out while engine running, you would hear difference.
