I'm guessing that's an EML trike because of the leading link forks?

All I know is it is marked EML and I believe it is a Dutch companyThat conversion is different from the ones we have in the states, who makes it?
You have a very nice looking trike.![]()
YesI'm guessing that's an EML trike because of the leading link forks?

It is using a 14inch car tyreVery Sharp, I like that wide tire on the front. Mine is small compared to yours.
I just put new tires on , My stock tire/ rim size is 130/70-18 front . How did it change your ride with the larger tire?It is using a 14inch car tire
I have only had it 2 weeksI just put new tires on , My stock tire/ rim size is 130/70-18 front . How did it change your ride with the larger tire?
Guess it requires the EML fork set upI sure like the large tire on front. I want one. LOL
Do you know what size tire it is and size of rim it's mounted on?I have only had it 2 weeks
So cannot say
Seems to hug the road well
165-65-14 rim is an EML specialDo you know what size tire it is and size of rim it's mounted on?
Any pics of your trike?Guess it requires the EML fork set up
Luckily I don't need to do anything other than a realignment of the forks to set barsIt would require basically replacing the whole front end. Triple tree, forks, fender, wheel, etc... And I'm not sure you will be able to find one as the EML is mostly available overseas. Add on that the most recent GL1500 was last produced almost 25 years ago so many aftermarket parts are no longer available.
Eurowing USA had a similar setup but nothing shows up on their website now and not sure if they offered it outside of having a full conversion done. Hannigan also had their 180 front end. It was a complete replacement of front end and a custom wide wheel. Theirs used a very wide 180/65R16 motorcycle tire but I'm guessing probably could also possibly use a car tire instead. But again, not available for GL1500's. And the Hannigan 180 front end would start at around $3500 not including labor.
Looks good but not the same as the EFL I haveThey did sell the front end separate.I don't know their current status but there was a dealer in the Atlanta area. A member here put one on her trike a few years ago. Need help in las vegas
True but it's also an 1800Looks good but not the same as the EFL I have
Mine also GL 1500Ya mine is a 1500 , smaller anyway
