Hi, I have got a couple of pics to share, with the help of my 16 year old i got them off of my cell phone. The pictures are of the day my trike arrived in Cold North Dakota on a semi. The trike is made by The Trike shop, 2005 Runabout, 2332cc, automatic, custom suspension and rims. I can Hardly wait for the snow to melt so i can enjoy!

Sir,
Nice looking trike, was wondering...are you able to move seat back? Looks a bit uncomfortable, I could be wrong. I bring this up from past experience. Makes for an uncomfortable ride as well as dangerous, if you are sitting too close to the the h-bars and pedals. It sure is pretty.

Great looking trike! I can only guess your eagerness for spring now (and thank goodness for 16-year-olds). :D

The Blue Trike, the ride we had before our present trike, was a TS Runabout. The set isn't movable, but you do lean back more than it appears on the photo of three 20's new wheels. The pedal (just brake as this is an automatic) is also more of a reach than it looks. My arms were at a 90° angle when piloting Runabout, and it was quite comfortable. For sweepers you didn't turn the bars as much as just put preassure on them. Just a little more swing on the bars to do a city corner, and it almost turned on it's inside wheel doing a circle with the bars full left or right. That was great fun - (especially when giving folks a ride) find an open area like a parking lot and move the bars to full lock, and the trike has a turning circle just a little more than it's length. I easily out turns the Goldwing, even though it was 2 1/2 ft longer.

I always recommend to folks with VW anything that they pick up John Muir's Idiot Book. More formally known as How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive - A Manual of Step-by-Step Procedures for the Compleat Idiot
It is worth the $25 just for the valve adjustment instructions - VW engines will burn valves quickly if they are too tight, but it is an wasy adjustment. It is a fun read. It was written in the 60's by an ex NASA engineer turned hippie, and the illustrations are clear and fun to look at, too. You can get ti at amazon for less than the $25, her is a link Amazon.com: How to Keep Your Volkswagen Alive 19 Ed: A Manual of Step-by-Step Procedures for the Compleat Idiot (9781566913102): John Muir, Tosh Gregg, Peter Aschwanden: Books
Have fun! Hoping that white stuff goes away soon.

Congrats very nice ride. Did you take it out in the snow at least a little?
