Pictures of my new trike

Picked up my trike last weekend 4/6pepper and trailer d it home due to heavy rains:mad: just got to ride it today. Wow, I had a six degree rake installed and it is definitely power steering on steroids :) it will definitely take some time to get used to especially since this is my first trike. It put a whole new meaning into making sudden lane changes on the freeway, anyway Steve at Island Trikes did an awesome job and I would highly recommend him. Here are pictures of the finished product.

Nice looking Trike, I have only 100 miles on mine, but can tell you it does get easier. Do some figure 8's and turns in a parking lot

That 6 degree rake does take some getting used to. I now have about 6000 miles on mine and I LOVE IT!!!!!

Take your time getting used to and and try not to push the envelope too soon.
Looks real nice old timer!! Hopefully you live in an area that has parking lots, and quiet streets so you can get used to it without busy traffic! It is definitely a learning curve, getting comfortable on three wheels.

One word ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like mine a bit.
I just hit 2K today on mine.
You will like it.
I didn't at 1st but do now.

Jay

It really doesn't take long to get accustomed to the difference. I had my 04 Wing converted in October so it sat for 4 months. Now I can't stay off the thing. Like someone said earlier, that 6 degree rake is scary at first, but you will love it. Good riding.

Great Looks! You can never have (well, almost never) too many lights across the rear end - great safety factor. If you don't already have it, you may wish to consider a headlight modulator to make you equally visible from the front (especially those cars which want to turn left right in front of you).

You will love the 6 degree after you ride it a short while. I had the 6deg. on my 1500 MT and loved it. I now have a 4.5 on my 1800 and liked the 6 much more.

Beautiful ride, I am jealous. My trike is old tech .But I know once you get your imprint in the saddle you will love it and the miles and smiles will pile on more and more every day. Enjoy and ride safe
