Picking up new trike.

I have traded my 08 GL1800 CSC trike for a 2012 GL1800 Viper. The wife and I have enjoyed the trike so much we decided to trade up.
I pick it up tomorrow, 3/27 in Haleyville Alabama at Dodd Cycles. Great family business.

It is level three, (Anti Lock Brakes, Navigation and comfort).
The bike has 1700 miles. The kit is new.

It's the Blue, with silver and black trim. Pretty generic at this point.

I have thought about doing the exact same thing with my 2004 Wing with a 2012 CSC kit installed. I'd be interested to know what the dollar spread was to accomplish that trade up. Did you sell your 2008 outright? Can you share what it brought? How about the bucks involved with the new one?

The difference in the two trikes is $10,000.
I traded to save the sales tax. I could have probably sold the trike for a little more but would be less than the sales tax savings.
