Only spent 70 cents at the Harley store yesterday!

I got off easy, huh? 70 cents. Dropped that little air shock cover, and couldn't find it. You know that will happen to you SOME day! Stopped at a dealer and got another one. They should sell these in packs of 5.

Anyway, always heard you couldn't go to the dealer without dropping at least $100.00, so I just thought I'd share my cheapie story. ThumbUp

On the other hand, I should probably mention that my sweet wife bought me a HD leather jacket for my birthday yesterday. She took this picture of me in it, so I made an ad out of it. (The jacket was substancially more than the air shock cover, BTW.)

Nice "Ad", Mike! Do you do marketing for HD or was this just for fun -- because you could? :D

You know if they did that, there would be 100 posts here bitching about Harley gouging them and what will they do with the extra 4 valve caps.

Yeah...but its genuine HarleyDavison ! :LooksGreat:

Says so right on the package, even if not on the part. :Congrats:

But then again, it would cost you $1.50 each if it had the bar and shield on it.:Wrong:

So what's the big deal?? I've often spent a dollar or less at my local Harley shop for motorcycle stuff!!

Hmmmmm, come to think of it, that hasn't happened since the HD shop had a dirt floor -- the last time was 1958 actually!!:Joker3:
