Everything Johnny Rivers did..... especially Poor Side of Town. When I was stationed at Camp Pendleton that song was #1 and seemed to be playing on every radio 24/7. The year, 1966.

The Doors.Jimi Hendrix. Uriah Heep. Saw the Doors live at the Whiskey A- Go- Go. Rolling Stones and the Animals also. In those days everyone was supposed to do a rendition of the Caddillacs "Gloria." Wish I had a time machine. I'd go back and break the machine.

"Maybelline" by Chuck Berry stands out in my mind because of hearing it nightly from some far off truck stop while on bivouac

Me I'm a total Led Zepplin nut..

I went to the Woodstock Music Festival in New York when I was 19 yrs old.. (the best part about going to that festival was "that I can't remember shi#")
