OK... Funny story

Mike, when you say that you hauled a trailer and hammered the corners with no ill effects, my only thought is that you weren't hammering the corners "that" hard and/or that the corners simply weren't that tight.

You may be right and I just never found the edge, I do think the trailer and how the trailer is loaded will make a difference. I normally make a trip to Wellsboro PA each year with the wife, I do know some of the corners that had a suggested 35 mph speed I was going around at 55 - 60 which is pretty much my normal cruising speed on a lot of the 2 lane back roads.

FWIW there are some who hammer the Dragon on 2 wheels while pulling a trailer, guy claims he was running in the 70 mph range.

Ha ha!!! Well,,,I am well aware of what Beemers are capable of..I have been around the block a few times myself. And yes, without the Girls on back, I know they woulda smoked me.. Rest assured I am well aware of that. It was still fun to smoke them for a change and I know it was killin' 'em!!!. I guess I dont like to feel like I am being lectured. If someone does not like what I do, dont do it. It's pretty simple and there is no need to over complicate it. I see people doing stuff I wouldnt do every day,,,their choice,,,but no judgements on my part. And Trikes still rule. Never going back to two.

Good thing it is nice and green where all those sparks are flying. That would start a fire here in 2 seconds!!!

Sorry if you felt lectured to. Wasn't my intention, Trent. Never said I didn't like what you do, either, you're obviously free to do as you choose.

From your first mention of the Beemer guys, I'd thought maybe you weren't familiar with how well those bikes can run. Seeing as how both you and I agree on the capabilities of BMW's, what have we been debating ? :Shrug: LOL!

Have a good one, Trent, and Ride Safe........ThumbUp

That is so dangerous... doesn't that guy know sparks can cause forest fires?

I mean.... Really??

hehehe..........sarcasm ? :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

I'm done with this subject..........Besides, the weather's too good to pass up and I gotta get in motion here.

Ride Safe (or not.....your choice, LMAO!)............ThumbUp
