I have a 2011 Harley L1200L with a Lehman raider kit, started hearing ODD sound from right side of bike. it seems to come and go! Can make it by swerving bike back and forth, and will make sound when turning right and under load ! I'm thinking left rear wheel bearing ? any thoughts or experience with this happening ?

Wheel bearing would be my guess also........If you ride it for a while with your hand [Caveman style check] feel the right hub..And then feel the left hub and see if its ''much'' hotter..If it is then its a bearing...

Check end of axle tube where axle shaft exits any grease/oil present indicates bearing failure. Reach up behind tire or look in from back. Its not good once ball bearings start falling out. Had one fail last summer. Parts thru napa no problem. Not a bad job if you have some mechanical skills.

Thanks

Just want to thank everyone for their input and suggestions. As it turns out that when I reinstalled the body, I did not get it tightened down and aligned properly and the belt would hit the body at certain points while riding!
