Loved that. I was just in that area 2 days ago. Can't believe the cop actually took action that fast though. Haven't thought about if they would accept instant video review. Been told in past, if they don't witness it, no ticket.

Your correct if they took the ticket to court it would be dismissed. The officer has to see the infraction. With that being said the point is made the offender has to go to court. That in itself is sometimes enough.
