I called Nightrider last Thursday morning to see if they could ship sooner than the website indicated. I spoke with a gentleman who was most likely the owner, although he didn't say so. After I ordered a FL XiED, I got a shipping confirmation email within an hour. Wow. And to top it off, today I had a question if the XiED was sufficient for my freewheeler with slip on's and a k&n (just ordered the k&n). I called after hours and got voice service and hung up. Within 15 minutes I got a text saying sorry they missed my after hours call, but could they provide help by text. After a couple of texts I got answers to my questions. I find this to be awesome customer service, so a big thumbs up to nightrider and its products.
