NFG from MD

Name is Steve, been building and riding bikes, trikes and choppers since the 70's. Built a lot of bikes from basketcases. Built my first trike, a Corvair in 1979, built a panhead trike in 1980, and currently own a knucklehead trike I built in 2003. Attended MMI in 92-93 and worked as a HD mechanic for a while. Back in construction now where the money is good. My Knucklehead Trike was featured in the Dec 09 issue #94 of The Horse: Backstreet Choppers. I have a Super Vee engine that I plan on turning into a Morgan styled reverse trike in the near future. Looking forward to see what you guys are building.

Welcome, Steve! Your trike is amazing :D. And I think your experience will be invaluable here.

Welcome to the group, Steve. Our Chesapeake area club has different model trikes but nothing that is home-built. I've been working on motorcycles since I started riding in 1970. I built a chopper from a '71 Honda 500 Four (the only thing left off the original stock bike was the rear wheel hub), and I still do my own work as much as possible. Nice to know there's another wrench in the Maryland area.

Greetings to the forum Knucklehead Steve. Nice looking home built, soitenly. Nyuk, nyuk, nyuk (must be getting my knuckleheads mixed up).
