I've been to this forum before on several occasions. I like reading what y'all have been doing to your trikes, etc. After spending a couple of hours today reading the different posts, I decided it was time to register (that way I can see some of the photos I've been missing out on).

Missing out on riding (I had back surgery & advancing age), I finally got a used 2010 Ultra Classic with a Gladiator Motor Trike kit in 2013. I loved riding that and enjoyed the independent rear suspension. Still don't understand why Harley hasn't gone with the independent rear suspension. After putting over 50,000 miles on it and removing whatever of my bling I could, I traded it in on a 2020 vivid black Tri Glide.

I did have the dealer put on heated hand grips, hidden antennae, rear bumper & luggage rack. So now I'm in the process of putting my eagles and flames bling on my new ride. :) I'll post a photo once I'm done.

Stephanie! Welcome to TrikeTalk from Kerrville, TX! Always good to have another Texan on the board - as well as a lady driver!! Hooray for our side!

Congratulations on your brand new trike! Ride that rascal on down here to Kerrville in April for our annual meet-up. Dates are April 19-23 and is basically head-quartered at the Best Western on Sydney Baker Street - aka - Hwy 16. See the thread entitled KERRVILLE 2020. No registration fees, no prizes, just ride, meet, eat and laugh. There will be at least 2 lady drivers there and a mixed crowd of couples and singles. All brands welcome! Come on down!

Thanks y'all!

Thanks y'all for the friendly welcomes. Sorry for the delay, I don't check posts too often. My phone had died with my new trike photos on it, so I got a new phone & now can post my photos.20200222_134950a (2).jpg20200222_134925a (2).jpg Got my flames & eagle chrome from my old trike on, along with hooking up a Sena Freewire. Thanks to previous posts, I learned about the freewire, ran the cord under my seat and into the tour pack where I installed a power port. Makes it a lot easier than having to plug & unplug the helmet. Like many of you, I agree that Harley should have included the WHIMS with any new Harley. After needing to make a slight modification to my flag rack, I'll have it on the back of my tour pack soon (it'll attach to where the posts for the antennas are).

Stephanie, welcome to Trike Talk from Kansas!

I've been looking for the flag posts that go where the antennas were. If possible please include a link with the post. Looking for to your pics!
