I don't have a trike yet. I'm about to pop the question to my wife. She has to buy in. One thing I'd like to know is whether there are riders around New York City, maybe riding as a couple? Triking seems ideal for camaraderie and socialization!

Thanks! --Greg

Welcome aboard Greg NYC Suggest maybe rent a Harley Tri-Glide for a weekend. Head out of town north like everyone does. You may not be looking at a Harley bit they are the easiest to find to rent. Take your time getting used to it first it steers like an ATV or snowmobile not a motorcycle. Then go ride and see if its for you. Remember most people take several hundred miles to get comfortable with a trike. But once your there you will love it.

Welcome Greg and greetings from maybe 50 miles east of you. I pass through city often enough. I'm out off exit 63 on LIE. Keep the Northeast Trike Talk rally in mind for near end of Aug. Up in the Catskills. Take a look in Forum section at rally threads.
