Newbie from Southern NJ

Hi Everyone, Just a few words to introduce and say hello from the wife and myself. I converted my '06 BMW K1200LT “bipod” to a "tripod" Hannigan in June of 2012. As a 2 wheeler it was becoming a little tough to handle at slow speeds with 2 up and fully loaded, (approximately 1450 lbs). As we both love riding so much I just didn’t want to give up traveling with the wind in our face anytime soon, hence the changeover. As a relative newbie to 3 wheels I believe this site will be more attune and contain much more knowledge pertaining to trikes than the 2 wheeled site I also belong to. Hopefully I’ll also be able to contribute some knowledge I’ve learned with this brand of motorcycle. Thanks, Rob and Debbie
