Hi guys, just registered. I was excited to find this forum I'm Greg, and go by Shep 42 on the forum. I ride a bought new (OUCH) 2018 HD Freewheeler. Sorry, not to offend but didn't care much for the Tri Glide style. However I did put a batwing on, and though I don't use it much, it has a nice Kenwood stereo because the batwing was precut for radio and speakers. Its all black and chrome and I have had a lot of compliments on the look. As an Electraglide 1985 EVO 88 convert i Still miss the lean a little but I love the comfort and nice ride this bike gives. Hope to see you guys on the road.

Here's a question, do trikers still do the two down biker wave? I always do this or my innovative backwards OK, Thumb and forefinger together and 3 fingers pointing down, you know 3 on the ground! I like to be friendly when it is safe but don't want to provoke a 1 finger salute. Don't be that guy that doesn't wave back, its the biker code ya know!

Again Welcome -----------:wave4:....

About the wave.....I waved to everyone when i had bikes and trike's, And in no special way to me a wave is a wave.....

Remember ; If you don't wave to them ' They won't wave back to you...:D

Hi Greg! Welcome to TrikeTalk from west Texas! Glad you are enjoying your Freewheeler.

As to the “wave”..I use the same low hand position I’ve always used - never really counted fingers - whether on 2 or 3 wheels. As usual, some riders acknowledge you with a wave back and some do not.

Hi Greg, welcome to the forums from Florida, I wave to all whether on 2 or 3 :wave4:

Howdy Greg!

Yes, I always wave when safe to do so.

Greg, welcome from San Antonio, Texas. I bought a new black Freewheeler in 2015 when they first became available. I love it.

I wave at everyone when it is safe to do so. I have never thought about how many fingers, but I can promise you that I use more than one. Unless, of course, a vehicle has just tried to kill me.

Welcome to the forum from Western Pennsylvania good sense of humor you'll fit right in. ride safe Fred
