I picked up my 2011 TriGlide last Saturday and got to go on a nice ride yesterday about 75 miles. It is going to take some time in the mountains since I have been riding 2 wheels for about 37 years. The corners were the tricky ones.

Welcome to Trike Talk from Southern Illinois. Practice makes perfect. It just takes a little time to get used to the turns and no leaning on the curves. Ride safe and have fun.

Welcome! Sounds like what we all went thru the first few hundred miles. Just keep pluggin away at it, and you should get comfortable. I only have about 500 miles under my belt on a trike, and like you rode 30 plus years on two wheels. I have avoided the hardcore twisties, but need to confront them demons this season.
We have a canyon here (East Canyon), that is nothing but hairpin turns and 500 foot drop offs without guardrails. I have done it at least 30 times on two wheels, and my goal is to do it real soon-if I make it..... I will post the dramatic conclusion to this story!!!! :D

Welcome, and remember centrifugal force is your new friend. Staying ON the trike comfortably through turns was one of my first challenges...

Welcome bigb glad you joined us.Practicing figure 8's should help some strating big and getting smaller. It won't take long.RIDE SAFE

I rode 50+ years on two , the Tike was not my cup of tea at 1st but the more I understood it and how to ride it I now enjoy it and have no problems moving thru the twisties , so take your time learn the new ride and soon you'll have that ear to ear grin again !
