Hello I just wanted to introduce my self. My name is Jim from Illinois. Bought a 1992 ultra classic tour glide with motor trike trog kit. Need some help on centering rear axle it is about 3/8 off measuring from tire to edge of fender, when going straight all is fine. when turning slightly to left i can feel the belt more so than when going to the right . Put some wd40 silicone spray on edges and seems a lot less noticeable. Also have the wobble going on as well, which damper will work on my bike? Also suggestions on tires front and rear, radial or bias and heard a few people say rear tires on front mounted in reverse is best? Also one more thing Had front air forks rebuilt at harley dealer because they were leaking air and oil. Now When on hiway when going on overpass shocks are topping out making a metal to metal noise. Any guidance would be very much appreciated

:welcome: Jim! from South Texas

:welcome:Jim, being a older Trike converstion, might not have the right rake/ trail as it will cause the front wobble. Also rear alignment- square could be out if the rear pulleys not in alignment with the belt. Lots of things to consider with the older ones. A ruler and square is your friend. Ride safe.

Welcome aboard.:wave4: Jim, It is pretty hard to diagnose the problem with the body in the way. From time to time the heim joints will wear causing a metal clanking evident when just rocking the trike. The air bags and shocks could also be loose. As far as the alignment if the rear and sprocket is concerned, that should really be done with the body removed. I would work on squaring the chassis up before making any other changes only because some of those other changes may hide real problems.

I agree with Jim I suggest pulling off the body and starting at square one and do a complete check on every component that has been changed. Keep us posted on findings. :good:Good luck on the search for issues Fred
